Job Description:
- We’re building something dynamic and fast-evolving; spanning food-tech, logistics, and technology solutions; and we’re looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Officer to help shape it.
- You’ll be responsible for optimizing how people discover, engage with, and experience our brands. This role blends creativity, strategy, and technology; ideal for someone passionate about digital innovation, growth marketing, and AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion across our food-tech, logistics, and tech brands.
- Develop and optimize all marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Lead Generation, YouTube, Email Marketing, Blogs, etc.) to align with brand goals.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and App Optimization to enhance discoverability and performance.
- Optimize lead generation and data storage processes using Google Sheets, Excel, cloud storage, Google Drive, or other efficient platforms.
- Create and deploy AI-driven marketing tools and agents to automate and improve campaign efficiency.
- Develop marketing content and campaigns that authentically reflect the brand voice.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to improve ROI and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, product, and design for seamless campaign execution.
- Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, generative AI, and automation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in digital marketing, preferably within food-tech, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, App Optimization, and all major marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Lead Generation, YouTube, Email Marketing, and Blogs).
- Experience using or willingness to learn generative AI tools for marketing optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent), and campaign management platforms.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and adapt to evolving marketing technologies.
- Willingness to grow through on-the-job training where required.
