Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Admin Officer to anchor our commercial operations in Lagos. In a competitive B2B or manufacturing environment, success is defined by "Process Precision", the ability to bridge the gap between technical RFQs and final delivery with 100% accuracy. This role is designed for a "Support Specialist" who can blend "Systematic Data Management" with the "Interpersonal Grit" required to coordinate between internal production teams and external customers.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Order Fulfillment and Rapid RFQ Turnaround." You will be the engine of the sales department: responsible for managing the CRM/ERP pipeline, verifying order details against technical agreements, and serving as a professional point of contact for customer inquiries. If you possess "Exceptional Attention to Detail," proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot), and a background in business administration, we want you to drive our sales excellence.
Requirements:
1. RFQ Architecture & CRM Governance
Technical Quotation Support: Assist in preparing and submitting accurate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) by gathering critical data from engineering and production teams.
Pipeline Stewardship: Log and track RFQ statuses within the CRM/ERP system, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a "Source of Truth" for all sales leads.
Data Integrity: Perform routine data entry and data cleaning tasks to ensure the CRM remains an accurate tool for sales forecasting and reporting.
2. Order Lifecycle & Logistics Coordination
ERP Order Entry: Accurately input customer orders into the ERP system, verifying that all details align perfectly with original RFQs and customer agreements.
Operational Synergy: Coordinate with production and logistics teams to confirm manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules, ensuring realistic commitments to the customer.
Status Communication: Proactively update internal stakeholders and customers on order progress, managing expectations through the entire fulfillment cycle.
3. Customer Advocacy & Commercial Support
Inquiry Management: Act as a professional first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and basic service issues.
Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by organizing documentation, scheduling high-level meetings, and preparing professional presentations.
Performance Reporting: Prepare basic reports on sales activities, RFQ conversion rates, and fulfillment timelines to assist management in strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative support or customer service role (Experience in Manufacturing is a significant advantage).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mastery is essential) and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
