Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the engine of our online growth. This role is designed for a performance-oriented marketer who excels at turning digital "noise" into high-quality leads and brand authority.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our digital strategy—from mastering the intricacies of Google Ads and SEO to scaling our presence across social media. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with our creative team to ensure that every pixel and every word is optimized for conversion. If you have 2–3 years of experience and a proven ability to translate analytics into ROI, we want to see your track record.
Requirements:
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Campaign Orchestration: Plan, execute, and scale paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, focusing on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Funnel Optimization: Drive online lead generation and work closely with the Marketing Manager to refine the sales funnel, reducing friction and improving conversion rates.
Budget Stewardship: Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure every naira spent is optimized for cost-effective acquisition.
2. Search Excellence & Digital Presence
SEO Management: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to grow organic website traffic and improve search rankings.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Content Creator to optimize landing pages and digital assets for both SEO and user experience (UX).
Social Growth: Manage and scale the company's digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high community engagement across all platforms.
3. Data Intelligence & Market Analysis
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights for management.
Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and audience targeting research to identify new growth opportunities and refine messaging.
Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Certifications: Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are highly advantageous.
Core Competencies
