Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry / Archive / Facility Officer to join our team in Lagos. This multi-faceted role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at maintaining accurate digital records while ensuring physical archives and facility operations are managed efficiently.

Requirements:

Data Management & Entry

  • Digital Records: Accurately input, update, and maintain company data within our digital systems and databases.

  • Accuracy Oversight: Verify data integrity by comparing input against source documents to ensure zero errors.

  • Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to generate basic reports and track departmental metrics.

Archiving & Documentation

  • Information Retrieval: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly categorized.

  • Record Retention: Manage the lifecycle of documents, from initial filing to secure archiving or disposal in accordance with company policy.

Facility Support

  • Office Maintenance: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supplies and facility equipment, coordinating with vendors for repairs or restocking when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of an OND or NCE qualification.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar clerical role.

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be not above 28 years old.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong IT and data entry skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.

  • Core Competencies:
