We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into records.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Handle documentation and data processing using Microsoft Word.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of office administration.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
