Job Description:
We are seeking two (2) professional and detail-oriented female Sales Assistants to anchor the daily operations of our retail shop. In an environment that prioritizes "High-Touch Manual Service," success is defined by "Administrative Precision", the ability to manage customer interactions with warmth while maintaining error-free manual invoices and sales logs. This role is designed for a "Service Ambassador" who can blend "Clear Penmanship" with the "Memory Retention" required to master product pricing and inventory details.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Transaction Integrity and an Exceptional Customer Experience." You will be the face of the shop: responsible for guiding customers through their purchases, documenting every sale with millimetric accuracy, and maintaining a pristine retail environment. Requirements:
1. Manual Sales & Invoice Governance
Invoice Mastery: Accurately write manual sales invoices for every transaction, ensuring all figures, descriptions, and totals are 100% correct.
Pricing Sovereignty: Commit the shop’s pricing structure to memory and apply it correctly to prevent revenue leakage or customer disputes.
Audit-Ready Documentation: Ensure the proper filing and documentation of all daily sales records to support clear end-of-day reconciliation.
2. Client Engagement & Professionalism
Sophisticated Service: Attend to every customer with a polite, professional, and helpful attitude, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
Product Literacy: Proactively learn the features and benefits of our products to provide accurate information and guidance to shoppers.
Loyalty Building: Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and builds trust within the local community.
3. Shop Stewardship & Order
Environment Maintenance: Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times, reflecting our high standards of service.
Operational Support: Carry out other assigned duties with a proactive mindset to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Punctuality & Reliability: Maintain a consistent and reliable presence, ensuring the shop opens and operates according to schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or BSc in a relevant field is a distinct advantage.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
Literacy: Must be highly literate with the ability to read, write, and calculate figures clearly and accurately.
