Job Description:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Actively promote company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues where necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/OND/HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Sales or Customer Service with measurable sales targets.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and remain resilient under pressure.
