Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will be the primary voice and face of the organization, responsible for delivering a seamless and professional experience across all communication channels. You will go beyond simply answering queries, utilizing modern CRM technology to track the customer journey, resolve complex issues, and drive long-term loyalty.
The ideal candidate possesses high emotional intelligence, a "service-first" mindset, and the technical discipline to maintain meticulous digital records in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Multi-Channel Support & Issue Resolution
Prompt Engagement: Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Troubleshooting: Effectively resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot service issues, providing timely solutions that prioritize customer retention.
Service Coordination: Partner with sales and logistics teams to expedite service delivery and provide accurate updates on complex queries.
CRM & Data Management
Interaction Tracking: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho) to document every customer touchpoint, ensuring a complete and transparent history of interactions.
Database Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, transaction history, and specific feedback.
Reporting: Systematically gather customer feedback and generate reports on recurring issues to help management improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
1–3 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role.
Verifiable history of handling high call volumes and managing diverse customer temperaments.
Technical Compulsory Skill:
Mandatory experience using CRM tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to log interactions and manage accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and Word for professional correspondence.
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location: Must be a current resident of Port Harcourt.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complaints effectively and independently.
