Job Description:

• Contact clients and establishments through phone calls and physical visits.
• Confirm the compliance status of establishments.
• Encourage and follow up with non-compliant establishments to ensure compliance.
• Maintain proper records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Meet assigned daily targets.
• Prepare and submit routine reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND / BSc or equivalent
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet daily targets consistently
• Good record-keeping and reporting ability
• Prior customer service, field, or compliance experience is an added advantage

Work Structure:

• Monday to Friday
• Daily operational targets must be achieved.
