We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls and send messages to clients as assigned, while building strong customer relationships.
  • Gain full knowledge of company services to respond to inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and provide real-time technical support.
  • Collect and summarize client feedback, escalate issues to relevant teams, and suggest improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in Hausa (Preferably), Yoruba, or Igbo is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Customer service or online service experience with a proven track record of performance.
  • Familiarity with trading/investment platforms is a plus.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, and able to follow company SOPs.
  • Cheerful personality with strong sales skills to persuade and influence clients.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ilorin, Kwara State.
  • Access to a personal computer or laptop is required.
