Job Description:

• Collecting customer feedback
• Handling customer complaints
• Maintaining customer records
• Processing orders on all social media
• Providing product information
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Customer engagement
• Resolving issues
• Document knowledge as solution articles
• Sort and Arrange delivery invoices.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 years experience. 
• NYSC or Fresh Graduates not be more than 24 years and must be able to write, speak and communicate effectively.
