Job Description:

  • As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional support and resolving inquiries related to IT consulting services.
  • You will manage client communications, ensure timely responses, and contribute to a positive customer experience that supports the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, providing accurate information
  • Maintain customer records and track service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Ensure a professional and positive client experience in line with company standards

Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in IT or professional services
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer support tools

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly
