Job Description:
- As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional support and resolving inquiries related to IT consulting services.
- You will manage client communications, ensure timely responses, and contribute to a positive customer experience that supports the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, providing accurate information
- Maintain customer records and track service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve client issues efficiently
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience in line with company standards
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in IT or professional services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer support tools
Salary
