We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking energetic, target-driven Contact Center Sales Agents to support our FMCG sales operations.
- The role combines high-volume sales engagement with strong customer verification and data accuracy, ensuring reliable customer records, smooth order fulfillment, and repeat business.
- The ideal candidate will be confident in customer conversations, skilled at closing sales, and meticulous in capturing and verifying customer information in line with company and data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote FMCG products
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing and new customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and resolve basic customer enquiries
Customer Verification & Data Accuracy:
- Verify customer details including name, phone number, and delivery address
- Ensure accurate customer profiling to support delivery and follow-up
- Confirm customer consent for data usage in line with NDPR requirements
- Identify and escalate incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious customer information
Systems & Documentation:
- Accurately log customer interactions, orders, and feedback on CRM systems
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales status
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery or order issues
- Adhere to approved scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in:
- Contact center sales
- Telesales or customer service
- FMCG or consumer products environment (advantage)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce (advantage)

Location Requirement:

- Salary: N120,000 - N160,000 / month.
