We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure fast, friendly, and effective support across calls, chat, email, and walk-ins.
- Oversee ticket management, escalations, and service quality, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify issues, improve processes, and drive customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams-Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Social Media-to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop strategies for onboarding new customers, retaining at- risk clients, and recovering inactive accounts.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Customer Service within Telecommunications or ISP.
- Strong understanding of technical support, CRM/ticketing systems, SLAs, and network operations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
