We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail- oriented Customer Experience / Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer support and assisting in the execution of our marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage customer data, follow up on leads, and actively support all marketing initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries strictly via WhatsApp, email, and customer calls during working hours, using only the Company-issued phone and line.
- Matching customers to appropriate products and following up on incomplete purchases.
- Managing basic CRM and customer retention lists with support from the marketing team.
- Following up with leads generated from campaigns, events, or social media.
- Assisting in campaign coordination and execution as directed.
- Participating in and supporting any brand events, activations, or marketing launches as scheduled by the Company.
- Carrying out any other related duties within the scope of work, including those assigned verbally or in writing by the Head of Marketing.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 1 -2 years of experience in a customer service, marketing, or related role.
- Must be a Female.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary
