Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, persuasive, and target-driven Customer Relationship Officer to lead our compliance engagement and institutional client relations across the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. Operating as a critical link between our regulatory objectives and corporate stakeholders, this high-visibility role combines client relations with structured, data-driven field outreach.

This position is engineered for a confident communicator who excels at both telephone-based engagement and high-level face-to-face corporate meetings. Backed fully by dedicated corporate logistics,including a company vehicle and professional driver you will be responsible for traveling across Abuja to audit the compliance statuses of various establishments, dismantle administrative friction, maintain precise data records, and aggressively pursue strict daily conversion and operational targets.

Requirements:

1. High-Impact Field Mobilization & Client Engagement

• Direct Outreach Operations: Execute multi-channel engagement strategies, actively contacting corporate clients and business establishments through professional phone outreach and structured, physical on-site visits across Abuja.

• Compliance Status Verification: Conduct thorough audits of each establishment’s current status, cross-referencing their documentation against internal regulatory frameworks to confirm compliance.

• Persuasive Enforcement & Resolution: Engage directly with key decision-makers and management teams at non-compliant establishments—using advanced negotiation and persuasion tactics to encourage, guide, and follow up with them until full compliance is secured.

2. Rigorous Target Attainment & Logistical Efficiency

• Daily Target Command: Maintain an unyielding focus on hitting or exceeding the strict daily operational targets and conversion quotas established by the operations manager.

• Field Logistics Optimization: Maximize the efficiency of field deployments, collaborating seamlessly with your assigned company driver to navigate scheduled route architectures across Abuja effectively.

3. Data Hygiene & Analytical Executive Reporting

• Airtight Interaction Records: Maintain precise, up-to-date physical and digital registries of all client interactions, field notes, compliance bottlenecks, and follow-up timelines.

• Executive Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and submit comprehensive routine performance reports and field summaries to the management desk, highlighting localized market challenges and success trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Academic Tracks

• Academic Minimum: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related management discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience & Competencies

• Track Record Advantage: Prior experience operating within a structured Customer Service, Field Sales, Corporate Debt Collection, Regulatory Compliance, or Field Enforcement capacity will be treated as a dominant competitive advantage.
