Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and target-driven Customer Service / Telesales Executive to anchor our digital outreach and inside sales pipeline. In this high-velocity role, you will be the primary voice of our brand, converting raw cold leads and databases into active, high-value purchasing customers entirely over the phone and across our integrated digital channels.

Requirements:
1. Outbound Out-Call Engineering & Revenue Generation
High-Volume Prospecting: Execute outbound call campaigns utilizing provided leads, institutional databases, and cold-prospecting lists to introduce, present, and close deals for our product suites.
Target Conversion: Meet or exceed rigid daily, weekly, and monthly calling volumes and financial sales KPIs set by the inside sales director.
Value-Proposition Articulation: Explain complex product features, use-cases, and financial advantages simply and persuasively, converting customer hesitation into buying commitments.
2. Pipeline Retention & Account Optimization
Objection Architecture: Handle high-level buyer resistance, navigate customer skepticism, answer deep product questions, and execute persistent follow-up tracks on interested leads.
Account Maximization: Intelligently identify accounts primed for cross-selling complementary products or upselling premium tiers, maximizing total customer lifetime value (LTV).
3. Compliance, Data Hygiene & Market Feedback
CRM Ledger Governance: Maintain absolute data hygiene by tracking and recording customer demographics, specific call outcomes, detailed notes, and future follow-up timelines inside our enterprise CRM system.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to company telemarketing policies, local communication ethics, and standard consumer protection laws during every interaction.
Market Synthesis: Document and share field-level consumer feedback and emerging buyer trends with the core marketing and sales teams to help refine script architectures and targeting parameters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Academic Tracks
Academic Minimum: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related discipline. Equivalent practical telemarketing experience will be heavily considered.
Experience & Competencies
Track Record: 1 to 2 years of active, verifiable experience operating in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or cold-calling call center environments.
Communication Core: Elite verbal communication, clear pronunciation, and active listening skills. Must possess the vocal command and psychological intelligence required to capture a prospect's attention and build instant trust over the phone within the first 10 seconds.
Software Tool Stack: Practical familiarity utilizing industry-standard CRM architectures, auto-dialers, and digital call-tracking software workbenches.
