Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns and follow-ups.
- Guide clients through the sales and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and payment tracking.
- Ensure timely communication on project updates, inspections and milestones.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and retention.
- Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities.
- Convert Leads to sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience, with strong, proven experience in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of client management, sales support and after-sales processes.
- Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without losing structure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Calm, professional and solutions-oriented personality.
- Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client service reports for management.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
