We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Ensure contractors work in line with contract terms and company policies. Oversee service contracts, purchase orders, and payments in SAP to support production operations.
  • Track contractor compliance, maintain documentation, and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create/amend Service Requests and Service Entries in SAP for production contracts.
  • Liaise daily with contractors on purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain positive relationships and resolve issues between contractors and company.
  • Support Field Supervisors with:
    • Maintaining key documentation (SOAs, POs, meeting records).
    • Tracking contract spend, expiry dates, invoices, and cost allocations.
    • Keeping accurate records of agreement and PO numbers.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement, financial, and business controls.
    • Support Accounts Payable and guide contractors to resources for compliance and safe work.
    • Assist with performance reviews and identify efficiency opportunities.
    • Monitor contractor performance, compliance with standards, and promptly flag gaps.
    • Perform duties safely, report hazards/incidents, and uphold company SHE expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP (IPES), and other analysis/maintenance tools.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, financial processes, and oi 8.1 system.
  • Safety leadership training/certifications; knowledge of JSA, risk assessment, and safety systems.
  • Experience in large corporations, developing country settings, and with LANCOs.
  • Ability to manage contractors in field/remote environments.
  • Strong business ethics and compliance knowledge.
  • Skills in reporting, budget analysis, and records management.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication (oral & written English) skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments with high initiative.
