Job Description:

• The Content Marketer & Communications Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that communicates project progress, supports investor confidence, and drives qualified leads for Legendary Foreshore Ltd.
• This role blends on-site content creation, corporate communications, and sales-focused digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Document weekly construction progress through professional photography and videography.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design property brochures, investment decks, and social media visuals.
• Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimized website, blog, and listing content.
• Produce email newsletters and investor updates using Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Draft press releases and project update reports.
• Engage prospects across social media channels and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Create lead magnets such as investment guides and market reports.
• Support sales presentations with updated visuals and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in content marketing (real estate, construction, or luxury brands preferred)
• Portfolio required (video, design, and copy samples).

Technical Requirements:

• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Graphic Design: Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Social Media: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok Analytics
• Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or similar platforms
• Photography: DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and gimbals
