We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Chief Growth & Marketing Officer (CGMO) to join our leadingteam. This role is not just about marketing—it’s about building growth engines, shaping client relationships, and positioning AxonVault as the go-to innovation partner across industries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client acquisition and growth strategy across corporate, government, and startup sectors.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that amplify our brand and thought leadership in the innovation/consulting space.
• Leverage your industry connections and network to open doors, secure partnerships, and grow revenue streams.
• Work closely with the founding team to refine business models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent AxonVault at industry events, conferences, and strategic roundtables.
• Build and lead a growth team (sales, partnerships, brand strategy) as we scale.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 years work experience. 
• A seasoned business development / growth leader with proven success in consulting, professional services, or innovation-driven firms.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential clients you can readily engage.
• Excellent communicator who can inspire clients, stakeholders, and internal teams alike.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• A natural collaborator who thrives on building relationships and ecosystems rather than just “closing deals.”
• An MBA or relevant masters degree is an advantage.
• (Preference for a female leader who brings diversity of thought and leadership to our founding team.)
