We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- To ensure smooth onboarding, efficient payment processing, and timely resolution of issues.
- It requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality, support transaction reconciliation, and deliver excellent customer experience that drives growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to e-commerce merchants on onboarding, integration, transactions, and settlements.
- Monitor transaction flows on payment gateways and escalate anomalies or failures for prompt resolution.
- Support reconciliation of e-commerce transactions, chargebacks, and dispute management.
- Handle merchants’ inquiries and complaints within agreed SLAs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Liaise with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve technical or financial issues.
- Maintain accurate and updated merchant records and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Assist in product testing, merchant integration support, and UAT for new features.
- Track and share merchant feedback to enhance e-commerce product offerings and processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post NYSC.
