Job Description:
- Sales Accountability: Consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for revenue, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Direct Client Engagement: Personally generate, pitch, and close high-value deals with direct clients, not solely via realtor networks.
- Realtor & Broker Network Development: Build, engage, and maintain strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and sales agents to expand distribution and referrals.
- Department Oversight: Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring that all staff activities, campaigns, and initiatives are in order, performance-driven, and aligned with business goals.
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that increase market share, drive client conversions, and ensure profitability.
- Brand Awareness & Market Visibility: Collaborate with Media & Marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, events, and PR activities.
- Event & Exhibition Participation: Organize, host, and represent the Company at property exhibitions, trade shows, investor forums, and client engagement events to boost awareness and generate leads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Media, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of client deals and marketing strategies.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics, department activities, pipeline status, challenges, and recommended improvements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales/marketing teams.
- Strong network of clients and realtors within the Nigerian real estate market.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Experience collaborating with media/marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Highly organized, resilient, and performance-driven with a focus on accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years proven sales/business development experience (real estate preferred).
