Job Description:

Are you a high-energy growth strategist with a deep understanding of the human capital landscape? We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our market expansion. In this role, you aren't just selling services; you are partnering with corporate leaders to solve their most pressing organizational challenges—from talent acquisition and outsourcing to workforce training. If you have a "hunter" mindset for new business and the consultative depth to build long-term corporate alliances, we want you to drive our revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and develop a high-quality pipeline of corporate clients to expand our footprint in the HR consulting sector.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights that refine our competitive positioning.

  • Network Representation: Act as the face of the company at industry conferences and networking events, building a personal brand as a trusted HR advisor.

2. Consultative Selling & Solution Design

  • Client Needs Discovery: Build deep relationships with corporate HR Directors and CEOs to understand their specific pain points in recruitment, outsourcing, and training.

  • Tailored Proposals: Collaborate with our internal technical teams to design and present compelling, data-driven HR solutions that directly address client needs.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-level contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes that meet both revenue targets and client satisfaction benchmarks.

3. CRM Governance & Strategic Planning

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute quarterly sales plans designed to consistently meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain an airtight CRM database, ensuring every lead, prospect, and interaction is documented for accurate forecasting and lifecycle management.

  • Lifecycle Management: Transition newly closed deals to the operations team seamlessly, ensuring the client’s "Day 1" experience matches the sales promise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Background

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business development or B2B sales, ideally within HR consulting or a high-level service-providing industry.

  • Sector Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR service models, including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), learning and development (L&D), and HR technology.

Core Competencies

  • Commercial Drive: A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

  • Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—able to command a boardroom.

  • Tech Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).

  • Self-Starter: The ability to work independently to build a territory while collaborating effectively with internal solution teams.
