Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and execution-focused Business Development & Fleet Manager to anchor the early traction of Eablenex. In the emerging clean energy sector, success is defined by "Deployment Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-stakes partnership building with the clinical precision required for facilitator recruitment, fleet rollout, and market activation. This role is designed for a "Startup Architect" who can blend "Digital Sales Grit" (pipeline management and cold outreach) with the "Field Agility" required to map housing estates and coordinate ground teams in Abuja

Requirements:

1. Presales Architecture & Market Development

  • Pipeline Sovereignty: Build and manage a high-fidelity pipeline of GooShare facilitators and FlexPower partners, converting early market interest into active pilot deployments.

  • Waitlist Engineering: Drive the aggressive growth of the Eablenex waitlist, utilizing digital prospecting and on-ground engagement to build a "Source of Demand" for our energy solutions.

  • Institutional Diplomacy: Engage companies and institutions to secure FlexPower partnerships, providing workforce energy solutions that align with corporate sustainability goals.

2. Facilitator Network & Fleet Orchestration

  • Network Recruitment: Identify and onboard small businesses and property owners as GooShare facilitators, ensuring they are "Deployment-Ready" through clinical relationship management.

  • Spatial Mapping: Map out housing estates and market clusters for fleet rollout, securing high-impact partnerships with management bodies to ensure "Zero-Gap" coverage.

  • Operational Readiness: Coordinate the rollout of early battery fleet deployments, capturing real-time insights to refine the expansion process as the network scales.

3. Market Activation & Digital Sales Proficiency

  • Campaign Governance: Mobilize ground teams for local awareness campaigns, ensuring that on-ground outreach is synchronously aligned with digital marketing efforts.

  • Technical Mastery: Utilize modern sales workflows (CRM, LinkedIn, Email Outreach) and collaborative tools (Google Drive, MS Teams) to maintain millimetric accuracy in lead tracking.

  • Startup Agility: Take proactive initiative to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt rollout processes based on user feedback and early deployment performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven background in Business Development, Partnerships, or Field Sales. Experience in Energy, Mobility, Logistics, or Fintech Agent Networks is a strong advantage.

  • Location: Ideally based in Abuja (Remote setup with occasional in-person outreach).

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital prospecting, and presenting high-impact pitch decks via video conferencing.

Core Competencies

  • Execution Grit: Self-driven and resourceful; able to brainstorm solutions rather than getting stuck on challenges.

  • Communication Power: Elite presentation and negotiation skills for both digital and in-person partnership pitches.
