Job Description:

• Visit hospitals and pharmacies in person to introduce and pitch the Care on Course app.
• Guide facilities through the onboarding process (e.g. installation, profile setup, walkthrough).
• Distribute and explain flyers and demo the app.
• Respond to common questions and handle initial objections with confidence.
• Collect feedback and report it back weekly.
• Track all outreach, visits, onboardings, and outcomes in the shared tracker.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English and local dialect.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.
• Basic tech literacy — can use mobile apps, Google Forms, and WhatsApp professionally.
• Confident and respectful when speaking with hospital/pharmacy staff.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented — able to work with minimal supervision.
