Job Description:
Develops and executes effective sales plans to achieve business targets.
Leads, motivates, and manages the sales team to ensure peak performance.
Conducts regular customer follow-ups to build and maintain strong relationships.
Ensures the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Accompanies sales representatives on field visits to support and guide their activities.
Handles customer queries and resolves complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Delivers on-the-job training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Engages in joint fieldwork with sales staff to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
Strong people management and leadership abilities.
Proven expertise in sales strategies, client relationship building, and target achievement.
Salary
