Job Description:
Chateau-Royal is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to institutionalize our position as Nigeria’s premier real estate brand. This is a high-impact, revenue-locked leadership role designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend creative brand storytelling with rigorous commercial execution.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our real estate products—from initial product definition and pricing strategy to multi-channel demand generation and the final collection of sales proceeds. Reporting into the executive suite and collaborating with the Head of Sales, you will lead the "Buy-Pull" strategy that turns high-value construction projects into market-leading success stories. Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization
Revenue Roadmap: Articulate and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to maximize income across all real estate and construction revenue streams.
Pricing Architecture: Evolve dynamic pricing strategies by leveraging Key Selling Points (KSP) such as location, quality, and views to balance market demand with profit targets.
Financial Synergy: Manage buyer payment plans and credit terms in coordination with Finance to ensure the timely collection of sales proceeds.
2. Brand Institutionalization & Product Packaging
Premier Positioning: Cement Chateau-Royal as a top-of-mind umbrella brand in the Nigerian real estate industry through elite branding and packaging.
Product Definition: Collaborate with Consulting and Construction divisions to refine "products" (residential/commercial) for specific target audiences, ensuring clear product differentiation.
Messaging & Exposure: Create compelling "buy-pull" messaging that identifies and maximizes exposure to high-net-worth target groups.
3. Multi-Channel Demand Generation
Marketing Ecosystem: Oversee the implementation of a 360-degree communication strategy across Social Media, TV, SEM, Telesales, and high-end trade shows/exhibitions.
Digital Management: Own the company’s web presence and CRM integration to track leads and effectively market the property portfolio.
Sales Support: Provide the Sales organization with the promotional models and new channel partnerships required to achieve aggressive quarterly targets.
4. Market Intelligence & Performance Analytics
Budgetary Control: Prepare and drive the Sales & Marketing budget, meticulously controlling expenses to protect the company’s earnings objectives.
Competitive Sniffing: Conduct "outside-the-box" market research and competitor surveys to evaluate trends, loyalty, and market share.
Innovation: Identify new market requirements and evaluate trends to launch innovative products and offers before the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Pedigree
Education: B.Sc. plus M.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role specifically within the Real Estate industry.
Age Constraint: Candidates must not be more than 40 years of age.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Enterprise-Wide Applications (e.g., SAGE or SAP), MS Office, and advanced CRM software.
Analytical Grit: Deep understanding of market research techniques, statistics, and data analysis.
Leadership: Exceptional people management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to stay calm under the high pressure of multi-billion naira deal cycles.
Integrity: A high level of sincerity, pragmatism, and a proactive approach to business ethics.
