Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our real estate projects, from the initial conceptual design phase to final site delivery. The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with technical precision, ensuring that our developments are not only aesthetically iconic but also compliant with Lagos State regulations and delivered within strict project budgets.

Requirements:

• Conceptualization: Transform business objectives and client needs into functional, modern architectural designs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the Lagos State planning environment. Prepare comprehensive documentation for regulatory bodies (e.g., LASPPPA) and ensure full compliance with building codes and zoning laws.

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead the integration process, working seamlessly alongside structural engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors to ensure technical cohesion.

• Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Conduct site analysis and perform preliminary cost-estimation to evaluate the viability and potential profitability of real estate acquisitions.

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring workmanship meets our quality standards and project timelines are strictly adhered to.

• Project Documentation: Produce high-quality 2D and 3D architectural models and drawings. Manage the entire permit and approval pipeline from initiation to project completion.

• Project Management: Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Degree in Architecture (B.Sc./B.Arch/M.Sc.).

• Experience: Proven experience in the Lagos real estate market, with a strong portfolio of completed residential or commercial projects.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Design Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar 3D modeling and BIM software.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lagos State Urban and Regional Planning laws and procedures (LASPPPA/LASBCA).

• Core Competencies:

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with consultants, contractors, and government officials.

  • Project Leadership: Ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, and strict project deadlines.
