Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between client vision and technical execution. You will play a key role in the entire design lifecycle from initial client consultations and site visits to the creation of detailed 2D/3D design solutions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can accurately translate customer needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and highly detailed architectural specifications.

Requirements:

• Client Engagement & Consultation: Lead client interviews, conduct thorough site visits, and manage follow-up clarifications to ensure all project requirements and priorities are clearly defined.

• Design & Visualization: Develop high-quality solution diagrams, including product designs and comprehensive 2D & 3D visualizations.

• Proposal Development: Translate client needs into compelling design proposals, ensuring all technical requirements are captured and documented.

• Technical Specification: Prepare detailed design specifications, ensuring all solutions are technically sound and aligned with both client expectations and internal quality standards.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous project documentation throughout the design and proposal phase to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Design Proficiency: High level of proficiency in CAD software and other proprietary design tools used for architectural and product modeling.

• Technical Expertise: Proven ability to create complex 2D and 3D designs that are both functional and visually impactful.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client consultations and effectively communicate design concepts.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent aptitude for capturing client priorities and translating them into actionable design solutions.

• Industry Experience: A background in Architecture or Interior Design, with a portfolio demonstrating technical design capability.
