Job Description:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the office and support administrative functions.
- Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation of office records.
- Receive and deliver office documents and correspondence as required.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing office activities when required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, BSc Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and email usage).
Salary
