Job Description:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the office and support administrative functions.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation of office records.
  • Receive and deliver office documents and correspondence as required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing office activities when required.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, BSc Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and email usage).

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
