Job Description:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of engineers, architects, storekeepers, and administrative staff.
- Oversee the entire operational flow from project initiation to completion.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, systems, and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the link between management and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Drive operational excellence through proactive problem-solving and leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Preferably Females.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in admin/operations management, preferably in the engineering/construction sector.
