Your mission is to manage the reception area with excellence, ensuring that every guest is attended to professionally while providing the administrative support needed to keep daily operations moving smoothly. Requirements:
1. Guest Experience & Reception Management
Professional Welcome: Greet and attend to all visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
Ambience Stewardship: Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times to reflect the company’s high standards.
Information Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for general enquiries, providing accurate information about the company’s services.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
Workflow Coordination: Handle basic administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, sorting mail, and coordinating deliveries.
Communication Management: Oversee the reception telephone line, ensuring calls are routed correctly and messages are taken with precision.
Scheduling Assistance: Support internal teams by managing meeting room bookings and assisting with basic documentation as needed.
3. Professionalism & Brand Integrity
Attitude & Presence: Maintain a professional appearance and a "can-do" attitude that fosters a positive atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
Confidentiality: Ensure that all visitor logs and internal information handled at the front desk are kept secure and confidential.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
