We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or office, and providing general assistance.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
- Managing visitor access and security procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges).
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Providing basic information and answering inquiries about the organization.
- Managing email correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining staff schedules and calendars.
- Performing basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Liaising with other departments for administrative support.
