Job Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrator and HR Manager at Enbelo.
- The role is located in Lagos Mainland but allows for 2 days of work from home.
- The Administrator and HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day business administrative tasks, HR functions, recruitment, employee relations, and office management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple functions, prioritise tasks, and implement efficient tech-driven systems.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a combined HR and Admin role - preferably in a creative, media, agency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in HR functions such as recruitment and employee relations
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
