Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and disciplined Warehouse/Store Staff to join our pharmaceutical distribution team. This role is at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that life-saving medications are received, stored, and dispatched with 100% accuracy. You will be responsible for managing inbound vendor materials, replenishing shop floors, and maintaining a perfectly organized warehouse. Requirements:

1. Inventory Management & Stock Integrity

• Stock Organization: Arrange all products systematically to facilitate easy physical counts and professional stock-taking exercises.

• Replenishment: Constantly monitor shop floor levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.

• Variance Analysis: Conduct regular physical stock-takes and provide clear, documented explanations for any system-to-physical variances.

2. Inbound & Outbound Logistics

• Receiving & Dispatch: Manage the end-to-end process of products coming in from vendors and going out to clients, ensuring every item is correctly labeled.

• Documentation: Ensure all paperwork related to goods received (GRN) and goods dispatched is accurately processed and distributed to the relevant departments.

• Material Issuance: Issue stock only against authorized store requisitions, maintaining the security and "gatekeeper" function of the warehouse.

3. Reporting & Compliance

• Activity Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on stock inventory levels and pallet management for both internal and external warehouses.

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with pharmaceutical storage standards, safety policies, and company systems.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure the integrity of pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: SSCE or Diploma holders. (Young school leavers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).

• Experience: 1+ years in Retail, Pharmacy, or FMCG is preferred.

• Physical Fitness: High physical strength is required for carrying, moving, and stacking stock daily.

Core Competencies

• Integrity: Unwavering honesty is required to manage high-value pharmaceutical inventory.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in labeling, counting, and documentation.

• Location: Candidates must reside within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba, Mushin, Fadeyi, or Apapa.

• Age Range: 23 – 36 years old.
