Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our vehicle warehouse. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the security, integrity, and movement of high-value automotive assets.

You will act as the operational anchor—ensuring that every vehicle, from inbound inspection to final dispatch, is handled with "zero-defect" precision. Your mission is to optimize space utilization, enforce world-class safety protocols, and synchronize with sales and logistics teams to guarantee seamless delivery. If you are a seasoned logistics professional with 5+ years of experience and a deep understanding of automotive supply chains, we invite you to lead our warehouse operations.

Requirements:

1. Operational Excellence & Systems Design

• Process Governance: Develop and continuously refine Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standardized operational procedures to ensure global-best practices.

• Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee daily activities including rigorous inbound inspections, strategic parking planning, and high-velocity outbound dispatch.

• Layout Optimization: Design and implement intelligent warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and operational flow.

2. Inventory Integrity & Safety Leadership

• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and wall-to-wall audits to maintain 100% book-to-physical accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.

• Security & Risk Mitigation: Implement robust fire prevention, theft control, and vehicle protection measures to safeguard high-value inventory.

• Safety Awareness: Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all team members adhere to strict occupational health and safety standards.

3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Synergy

• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement departments to ensure vehicle handovers are timely and error-free.

• Human Capital Development: Lead the warehouse team through effective staff scheduling, technical training, and rigorous performance evaluations.

• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze inventory data and operational metrics to prepare periodic reports for management, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the automotive industry.

• Technical IQ: Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and vehicle logistics workflows.

Core Competencies

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations under high pressure.

• Detail Orientation: Surgical attention to detail, especially regarding VIN tracking and vehicle condition reporting.
