Job Description:
Training Development and Delivery:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
- Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards.
- Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth.
- Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.
Training Costing and Operations
- Develop and manage training budgets and costs.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators.
- Ensure smooth training operations and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus
- on curriculum development, training sales support, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Salary
