Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance, aggressively target-driven Telesales & Email Marketing Executive to dominate our multi-channel inside sales pipeline. Operating in the rapidly expanding premium property hub of Ibeju-Lekki, you will take absolute operational ownership of transforming high-volume cold leads, digital inquiries, and stagnant databases into booked physical site inspections and outright property purchases.
This is a dual-engine role engineered for an elite Closer who is equal parts vocal powerhouse and digital copywriter. You will bridge the gap between high-frequency outbound call deployments and targeted email marketing automation. This position offers a generous base salary paired with uncapped commissions; it is structured specifically for a self-motivated revenue generator who thrives under pressure, handles rejection with absolute resilience, and views sales targets as floors rather than ceilings.
Requirements:
1. High-Velocity Outbound Telesales & Closing
Outbound Call Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls daily, pitching premium property investment portfolios, commercial acres, and flexible mortgage plans to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate prospects.
Conversion Architecture: Guide prospects seamlessly through the sales funnel, converting initial inquiries or cold interactions into locked-in physical site inspections and finalized property acquisitions.
Aggressive Follow-Up Systems: Deploy relentless, strategic follow-up cadences on active, hesitation-heavy leads, systematically dismantling buyer skepticism and closing deals to meet strict weekly and monthly revenue quotas.
2. Strategic Email Marketing & Lifecycle Nurturing
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor structured email marketing campaigns to continuously nurture prospects, broadcast off-plan development milestones, and pitch promotional property waves.
Database Re-activation: Mine the company’s archival databases to re-engage dormant or cold leads, crafting highly persuasive email copy that transforms historical inquiries into live sales opportunities.
Upselling & Package Optimization: Intelligently pitch premium property upgrades, prime corner-piece allocations, and tailored institutional mortgage frameworks to expand the gross ticket size of every deal.
3. Pipeline Governance & CRM Data Hygiene
CRM Ledger Auditing: Maintain flawless digital record-keeping across our corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software—tracking real-time pipeline movements, log calls, email open rates, and prospective inspection schedules.
Market Feedback Interfacing: Analyze day-to-day lead objections and email response variables, providing quantitative feedback to the executive marketing team to continuously refine sales scripts and landing page architectures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Core Experience
Academic Minimum: Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
Track Record: Proven experience operating directly within a high-volume outbound telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or email marketing capacity. Direct experience closing transactions within the real estate, luxury lifestyle, insurance, or financial services sectors is a major competitive advantage.
