Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, sophisticated, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations of our luxury property portfolio in Abuja. In this role, you will be the commercial engine driving high-value transactions, managing a high-performing team of sales executives, and directly engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate prospects.
This role demands far more than traditional real estate broker experience; it requires an elite corporate leader who understands luxury brand positioning, asset management psychology, and the nuances of closing premium property deals in competitive markets like Maitama, Asokoro, and Wuse II.
Requirements:
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Sales Force Management: Directly lead, supervise, and mentor the luxury property sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Performance Optimization: Monitor daily sales activities, evaluate pipeline metrics, track lead generation channels, and audit client follow-up cadences.
Training & Onboarding: Train and evaluate sales executives to improve their premium sales presentation skills, technical real estate knowledge, and closing professionalism.
Strategic Business Development & Client Acquisition
HNWI Prospecting: Formulate and deploy highly targeted sales initiatives to attract and secure relationship equity with high-net-worth clients, diaspora investors, and investment funds.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to map out emerging real estate trends, luxury pricing models, and untapped growth opportunities within Abuja.
Inspection Facilitation: Coordinate and personally lead premium property inspections, high-profile site tours, board-level presentations, and complex contract negotiations.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Deal Closing & Ethics: Ensure pristine contract documentation, accurate escrow or payment structure setups, and absolute alignment with internal company policies and real estate regulations.
Executive Metrics: Compile and present comprehensive weekly and monthly sales velocity and performance reports to executive management.
Cross-Functional Sync: Partner with the corporate marketing team to align premium property branding strategies with high-converting promotional campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Track Record: 4–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years operating in a dedicated managerial or supervisory role.
Domain Mandate: A verifiable, successful history of operating within the luxury property sector and handling premium account portfolios is required.
Core Competencies & Territory Knowledge
Abuja Footprint: Deep, operational understanding of the Abuja luxury real estate market, zoning layouts, land administration patterns, and local investor demographics is highly essential.
Tech Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Premium Presentation: Impeccable professional appearance, elite presentation style, and advanced negotiation skills capable of commanding respect in high-profile boardrooms.
