Job Description:

• Aligned with our mission to build a "World-class team," the Talent Manager will design and execute rigorous recruitment strategies, maintain strict compliance structures, and champion workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an ultra-strict recruitment framework for corporate pilots/drivers utilizing standard psychological, literacy, numeracy, and eye-tracking tests.
• Coordinate the background check process, verification of guarantors, and medical screenings for all new hires.
• Develop continuous corporate training modules focusing on defensive driving, hospitality, and premium service delivery.
• Administer the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks and manage annual performance appraisal exercises.
• Mediate internal employee disputes and manage workforce retention and wellness programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
• Active professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or CIPD) is mandatory.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a logistics, transport, or aviation firm.
