Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, assertive, and highly structured HR & Corporate Services Manager to take full ownership of our human resource systems, organizational architecture, and internal corporate operations.

This is not a passive administrative role; we are looking for a professional with a commanding leadership presence who can build robust organizational systems, enforce strict policy accountability, and drive performance across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive human resource systems and organizational structures aligned with corporate objectives.

• Corporate & Administrative Operations: Direct and professionalize day-to-day administrative operations, office management, and corporate services.

• Performance Management: Develop and enforce performance-driven frameworks to ensure maximum team productivity, accountability, and professional growth.

• Policy Enforcement & Compliance: Confidently implement, enforce, and audit internal company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local labor laws.

• Talent Management & Culture: Lead high-level recruitment, employee onboarding, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives while fostering a culture of discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience in HR management, corporate services, or operational leadership roles.

• Leadership Profile:

  • Possess a strong leadership presence with the confidence to enforce structural discipline and accountability.

  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling performance-driven teams.

  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to corporate operations.

• Professional Certifications: Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) are an added advantage.
