Job Description:

• Our people are our greatest asset and we’re looking for a Talent Manager who will help us attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent while building a culture that inspires performance and belonging.

The Role

• As the Talent Manager, you will lead the design and execution of our Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Culture Evolution initiatives.
• You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we identify potential, grow capability, and sustain an engaging workplace that aligns with our vision of creating meaningful experiences both for our people and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Talent Management frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
• Design and deliver Learning & Development roadmaps that address capability gaps, technical proficiency, and leadership development.
• Partner with business leaders to build a culture of performance, feedback, and collaboration that aligns with company values.
• Curate creative and engaging learning experiences that blend formal, social, and experiential learning.
• Lead talent reviews, 9-box assessments, and individual development plans (IDPs).
• Support employee engagement initiatives that foster retention, recognition, and growth.
• Analyse people data and provide insights to improve organisational capability and career progression.
• Serve as a culture champion, reinforcing core values and facilitating programmes that enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Talent Management, L&D, or HRBP roles (experience in a creative or marketing environment is a plus).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management or leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery capability.
