Job Description:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment processes and timely communication with candidates
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
Must have completed NYSC or be a serving corps member
