Job Description:
Pharmachain is on a mission to revolutionize medication access in Nigeria. We are seeking a proactive Software Marketer to lead our growth efforts in Lugbe, Abuja. Your role is critical: you are the human link between our medication-sourcing app and the patients who rely on it for their health.
This is a high-impact, "boots-on-the-ground" role. You will spend time in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare settings, identifying pain points in medication sourcing and demonstrating how Pharmachain provides the solution. If you are a results-driven professional with 2+ years of experience and a passion for health-tech, we want you to help us scale.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & User Acquisition
Market Entry: Develop and execute hyper-local marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Lugbe and wider Abuja healthcare ecosystem.
Patient Onboarding: Actively connect patients to the Pharmachain app, guiding them through the medication sourcing and delivery process.
On-Site Campaigns: Create and manage high-visibility marketing activations within hospitals and pharmacies to drive app downloads and first-time orders.
2. Stakeholder & Healthcare Relations
Healthcare Networking: Identify and onboard key partners within hospitals and healthcare settings to integrate Pharmachain into their patient discharge or prescription workflows.
Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring Pharmachain is their first choice for medication delivery.
User Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our Customer Service and Operations teams to translate user pain points into product improvements.
3. Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify medication scarcity trends and emerging growth opportunities in Abuja.
Data-Driven Reporting: Track your daily/weekly marketing performance (KPIs) and prepare structured reports for the management team.
Independent Execution: Work autonomously to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets while maintaining brand integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in Healthcare or Health-tech is a major advantage.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute easily to Lugbe, Abuja (FCT).
