Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Social Media Executive & CRM Officer to lead our digital engagement and customer loyalty strategies. In this dual-impact role, you will be the voice of the brand online and the engine behind our customer data.

You will be responsible for creating "scroll-stopping" content while simultaneously building sophisticated customer journeys that turn one-time buyers into lifelong advocates. Requirements:
1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Narrative
Platform Orchestration: Develop and execute tailored strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, ensuring each platform serves a specific business objective.
Content Engineering: Create high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our target demographics.
Performance Intelligence: Monitor and analyze social metrics to pivot strategies in real-time and maximize organic reach and engagement.
2. CRM Excellence & Lifecycle Marketing
Database Governance: Maintain and optimize the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data hygiene and accurate customer profiling.
Smart Segmentation: Group audiences by behavior, preferences, and purchase history to deliver hyper-personalized email and SMS campaigns.
Journey Optimization: Design and automate customer journeys—from welcome sequences to re-engagement triggers—to maximize retention and lifetime value.
3. Integrated Communications & Insights
Active Community Management: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries online, ensuring professional and timely responses that protect the brand's reputation.
Reporting & Attribution: Generate comprehensive reports that connect social media activity to CRM growth, proving the ROI of marketing efforts.
Cross-Team Synergy: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure that every digital touchpoint provides a seamless experience for the user.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing both social media platforms and CRM systems.
Toolbox: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Salesforce, and content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Core Competencies
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable marketing insights.
Creative Agility: Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging video and graphic assets.
Strategic Retention: Knowledge of customer lifecycle principles and how to reduce "churn" through communication.
