Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Videography Executive to join our production team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our visual narrative, responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact video content for social media and corporate platforms.

From conceptualizing cinematic property tours (Real Estate) to executing polished motion graphics, you will manage the entire lifecycle of a project: Pre-production, Production, and Post-production. The ideal candidate is a "master of the lens" who understands that lighting, sound, and color grading are what separate average content from premium brand storytelling. If you have 2–3 years of experience and a portfolio that demonstrates technical mastery, we want to see your work.

Requirements:

1. Cinematography & Field Production

• Technical Execution: Operate professional mirrorless/DSLR cameras with an expert understanding of framing, composition, and the "Rule of Thirds."

• Lighting & Sound Mastery: Set up 3-point lighting systems (softboxes, LED panels) and capture crisp audio using lavalier and boom microphones to ensure broadcast-quality output.

• Stabilization: Utilize gimbals and stabilizers to execute smooth, cinematic movements—critical for high-end Real Estate and lifestyle videography.

2. Advanced Post-Production & Motion Graphics

• Narrative Editing: Assemble raw footage into compelling stories using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, focusing on pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact.

• Color Science: Use DaVinci Resolve for professional color grading and finishing, ensuring consistent "looks" and brand-standard color accuracy.

• Visual Effects: Integrate motion graphics and subtle VFX using Adobe After Effects to elevate the production value of every project.

3. Digital Asset & Project Management

• Asset Governance: Maintain a rigorous file naming convention and backup system to ensure all production materials are secure and easily retrievable.

• Deadline Discipline: Manage multiple production schedules simultaneously, ensuring that final exports meet tight social media delivery windows.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure every frame adheres to the company’s visual identity, messaging tone, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Media Studies, Theatre Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly advantageous.

• Technical Toolkit: * Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve.

  • Motion: Adobe After Effects.

  • Hardware: DSLR/Mirrorless systems, stabilizers, and professional audio/lighting gear.
