We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Sales & Growth Executive to manage company social media platforms, drive online sales, and convert leads into revenue.
- The role requires strong digital sales execution, advertising expertise, and basic team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
- Develop and execute social media sales and growth strategies
- Create conversion-focused content and manage paid ads (Meta platforms)
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into paying customers
- Track customers, orders, and stock in coordination with operations
- Supervise and train a small social media/sales team
- Monitor performance and prepare simple sales and ad reports
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media sales or digital marketing
- Proven ability to run paid ads and close sales online
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Lagos-based and able to work in a hybrid setting.
Salary
