Job Description:

Luxsit Integration is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to architect and own our digital narrative. Your primary mission is to transform our technical excellence into high-impact digital content that drives brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role is not just about posting updates; it is about consistent storytelling—showcasing our completed projects and innovative solutions in a way that resonates with both technical partners and high-value clients. Requirements:

1. Digital Strategy & Technical Storytelling

• Strategic Roadmap: Implement social media strategies that align with Luxsit’s business objectives, focusing on the professional showcasing of our project portfolio.

• Content Engineering: Create, schedule, and publish high-fidelity content (Case studies, project videos, and industry insights) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

• Consistency & Voice: Ensure every post reflects the premium, innovative, and reliable nature of the Luxsit brand.

2. Engagement & Community Management

• Active Interaction: Manage daily social media activities, ensuring that every comment, message, and technical inquiry is addressed with professional tact.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our technical and sales teams to capture the "behind-the-scenes" of major launches and project completions.

• Brand Advocacy: Foster a community of followers who view Luxsit as a thought leader in the integration and technology space.

3. Analytics & Performance Intelligence

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and lead conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

• Reporting: Prepare regular analytics reports that provide actionable insights to the marketing and executive teams.

• Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of social media algorithms, emerging tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

• Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts (experience in Tech, Engineering, or B2B sectors is highly preferred).

• Portfolio: A demonstrated track record of building brand visibility and managing high-quality visual storytelling.

Core Competencies

• Creative Mastery: Expert copywriting skills with an eye for high-quality visual content (Photography/Video).

• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and platform-native analytics.
