Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, street-smart, and data-driven Social Media Manager & PA to drive brand awareness and business growth for our premium automobile business. This is a unique, high-energy role that requires a blend of digital storytelling and executive coordination. You will be the "Face of the Brand," confident on camera and skilled in producing viral content that converts followers into car buyers. Beyond the screen, you will serve as a strategic assistant to the Managing Director, managing high-value inquiries and business affairs. Requirements:
1. Multimedia Content & "On-Camera" Influence
Creative Production: Design and execute high-quality graphics, reels, carousels, and stories that showcase our vehicle inventory.
Camera Presence: Act as the brand’s spokesperson, appearing in videos to review cars, share industry tips, and drive promotional campaigns.
Video Editing Mastery: Use CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos that meet high-quality standards.
2. Community Growth & Lead Conversion
Engagement Leadership: Manage and scale our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook, fostering a vibrant community.
Lead Generation: Monitor DMs and comments to identify potential buyers, providing rapid responses and converting engagement into qualified business leads.
Influencer Coordination: Identify and manage collaborations with influencers and automotive content creators to expand brand reach.
3. Executive Support & Business Operations
MD Liaison: Manage the incoming inquiries and business affairs of the Managing Director, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of automotive trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Performance Tracking: Analyze social media KPIs (reach, growth, engagement) and present data-driven reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience & Background
Tenure: 2–4 years of proven social media experience (prior experience in the automobile industry is a major plus).
Location: Candidates must reside in proximity to Lekki, Jakande, or Ajah.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successful social campaigns and viral short-form video content is mandatory.
Core Competencies
Technical Suite: Expert proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva.
Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with a vibrant and confident personality.
Sales Intuition: Strong understanding of storytelling and how to use digital content to drive high-value inquiries.
Executive Presence: Ability to handle sensitive business affairs for the MD with professionalism and discretion.
